This is a FREE 15 min phone call for me to better understand your needs and for us to get to know each other to decide if we will be a good fit.

Individual Therapy Session
We will meet for 50 minutes at your scheduled time and date in person or virtually. These can be weekly, bi weekly, monthly, or as needed based on your specific needs.

Rates
The initial 15 min consult is FREE. Individual sessions are $65 per session.
A sliding scale is also available as needed. (Currently sliding scale slots are full)
*You may be able to use your HSA or get reimbursement from your insurance, contact your insurance for more details.*
